Stason Kitchens
Locked In Lot Solutions is run by Stason Kitchens, from Dripping Springs.
He spent more than fifteen years in multi-site operations for a national company before this: scheduling crews across locations, managing budgets, holding cycle times, and answering to head office for whether every site was doing the same thing to the same standard. By the end of that run he was responsible for 33 locations and a staff of more than 400.
That is not a pavement credential and this page is not going to pretend otherwise. It is a record of running work across a lot of sites at once, on other people's schedules, with somebody counting.
Why it is the relevant part
Most paving contractors came at this from the other end
The usual path in this trade is a crew that got good at the work and then had to learn to run a business around it. Scheduling, communication and consistency across properties are the parts that get learned last, and they are the parts a property manager actually experiences.
This one started at the operations end. That does not make the sealcoat better. It makes the scheduling, the written scope, the call when the weather moves and the walkthrough at the end the parts that were never going to be an afterthought, because they are the job he did for fifteen years.

Which company was that?
We are not naming them here. It was a national multi-site business and the record is his, but publishing a former employer's name on a marketing page is his call to make rather than ours, and he has not made it. If it matters to your decision, ask him directly.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
Stason, on quotes and on scheduling. You will know who is running the job on your property and how to reach them before the first day.
Are you insured?
Yes, with commercial general liability insurance. Ask for the certificate before you book anything, from us or from anyone else bidding. It is the right question, and the certificate is the answer you can check.
