The same term on every service we do. There is one exception, and it is sealcoat.

Every service, one warranty
Everything we do carries the same warranty: one year on parts and workmanship.
The one exception is sealcoat, because sealcoat is designed to wear. On sealcoating the warranty covers the application rather than how long the coat lasts. Streaking, premature flaking and poor application are covered. Normal wear is not.
Separate from the warranty
The warranty is not insurance
The warranty is our promise about our own work. Insurance is a separate thing, and it is the one to check before anybody starts on the lot.
Ask for the certificate of insurance with your quote. It is a document you can check, which a paragraph on a website is not.

Send us the lot and we will come walk it
Tell us the property and roughly how many spaces it has. We will walk it, tell you what we found and what order the work should happen in, and send back a written scope with the warranty terms alongside it.
