Tell us about the lot
Call, email, or send the form below. Either way the next step is someone walking your property.
How to reach us
Phone is quickest, and it is the number that reaches Stason rather than a queue. If you would rather write, the email goes to the same place.
Office hours are when someone answers the phone. They are not when work happens: crews work nights and weekends, because that is how a lot gets done without closing it. If you call outside those hours, leave a message and you will get a call back.
Insurance
Ask for the certificate before you book
Ask for the certificate of insurance with your quote, from us and from anyone else bidding on the lot. It is the right question to ask before anybody works on your property, and the certificate is the answer you can check.
If your property or your management company sets minimum limits for contractors, send them with the request. You will get a plain answer on whether the policy meets them before anything is booked.
Service area
Austin and about sixty miles around it

What happens next
Three things, in this order
You tell us the property and roughly how many spaces it has. Photographs of the worst areas help but are not required.
We come and walk it. That is how a workmanship problem gets told apart from wear, and how a cause gets told apart from a symptom, and it is not something anyone should decide from a photograph.
You get a written scope with the work in the order it should happen, the sections and nights it would run, and anything we think can wait. Including, when it is the honest answer, that you do not need us yet.
Questions
Before you call
Are you insured, and can you send a certificate?
Yes. The business carries commercial general liability insurance. Ask for the certificate with your quote, and send your property's minimum limits if it has them.
Do you have an office I can visit?
No. This is a service-area business and the work happens on your property rather than at ours, so there is nothing useful to visit. Phone, email or the form are the ways in, and the next step is always someone standing on your lot.
What are your office hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. That is when someone answers the phone. Crews work nights and weekends, which is a separate thing and the reason lots get done without closing.
How quickly will I hear back?
We are not going to publish a response time we have not committed to. Call and you will get a real answer about timing rather than a number from a website.
What should I have ready?
The property address, roughly how many spaces, and what is bothering you about the lot. If you know of a deadline, an inspection or a tenant event the work has to miss, say so early, because it changes the schedule more than anything else does.
Do you work outside the service area?
Ask. The listed area is where we work routinely and where scheduling is reliable. Beyond it depends on the job, and we would rather tell you honestly than take work we cannot schedule properly.

Tell us the property and roughly how many spaces it has. We will walk it, tell you what we found and what order the work should happen in, and send back a written scope.
